The Chobee Crew working amazing things. We set up and poured in 4 days. Passing plumbing, electrical, compaction test, and slab inspections in 3 days. Good going guys!

Chobee met some new neighbors from other side of Seminole County. We are glad to be of service. New culverts, rip rap, road, pond. Stay tuned for more to come with extensive capital land improvements.
