Being a retired Florida Certified Building Contractor I knew the type of contractor I was looking for. I found Adam Nelson with Chobee Outfitters to be that contractor. At approximately 36 cubic yards, I had a good idea of what our driveway project should cost and he was pretty much right there. I'm from the old school and wanted wire mesh instead of fibers in the concrete. Other contractors wanted to steer me towards fiber because wire is so hard to deal with but Adam was very accommodating, no questions asked. Even after accepting his proposal, I requested additional enhancements of the work and the extra costs Adam requested were reasonable; he didn't seem to be wanting to gouge me. And don't be put off by Nelson wanting 1/3 payment up front. He proved to be very honest and helpful. His crew showed up on the day and time as promised and the job was done quickly and professionally. His superintendent Mike was also pleasant to work with. All in all we received a beautiful new driveway, professionally done, by a well qualified licensed contractor and knowledgeable crew. Thanks Adam!”

Very happy that we chose Chobee Outfitters to do our concrete work. Adam Nelson arrived on time for the initial estimate and was easy to reach once we decided to use Chobee Outfitters. He communicated numerous times with the City of Winter Springs regarding city codes and worked with them to find a solution for installing a culvert that was acceptable to city code, yet worked for us as well. Once Chobee Outfitters had the permit in hand, they were on the job immediately. The crew worked hard and also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Adam called the City for the two inspections that were required for our job. Both inspections passed without a hitch. Adam did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. We are so happy that the dip in our driveway is gone and we no longer have standing water. We absolutely love our new driveway apron!”
